The North American Education Institute wants to make it clear that the United States must harvest its Domestic Oil.  Currently, the United States imports 20% + of its Oil from the Middle East.  There is nothing wrong with importing Oil from the Middle East, but our North American Continent must not be dependant on such an import of the Sweet Lite Crude ( Black Gold ).  The United States, Canada and Mexico has its own Domestic Oil and Surpasses the Middle East and including Russia.  Our three countries have Oil that will do 100 years or more it is speculated with zero imports from the Middle East.

The North American Education Institute believes there is Oil in the surrounding U.S. States of Texas and Oklahoma: For example, the State of Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana and the State of New Mexico.  It will take the Geologist to find the Oil, but we are sure it is there because Fossil Fuels did not die within U.S. State lines.  Oil was discovered in the State of Utah and Colorado which is called Shell Oil.  Oil was discovered off the coast of the State of California during the 1960's.  Which proves the point that there is Oil off the Coasts of the United States of America.

With the new Oil Company Drilling Technology there will be no Oil spills off of our Coasts.  The Democrats argue not to drill because of the environment, but the U.S. drills in the Gulf of Mexico, and there has been no reported spills.  This drilling could help the US States with a percentage of Oil Revenue for Social Programs and infrastructure when they allow the Oil Companies to drill off of their Coasts.  Between the United States, Canada and Mexico our North American Continent could move to export Oil to new emerging economies and bring revenue into the U.S. Government and pay off some debt.  The country of Brazil did this and is now an exporter of oil.

The current disaster with BP ( British Patrolman) is not the same with Exon Mobil, Shell Texico, Sunco et.  British Oil apparently did not have the same safety measures that U.S. Oil Drilling Platforms have.  When Hurricane Katrina in 2005 AD ran a ground a U.S. Oil Platform was drifting with the storm because our oil platforms have emergency shut-off valves during an emergency and apparently the BP Oil Platforms do not.  Look at the mess now.  But the U.S. should not abandon its off shore oil drilling plans because of a non U.S. company's responsibilities that has led to the current crises in the Gulf of Mexico.
